Hi, I'm Q.

This is a personal, bilingual notebook — notes, essays, and opinions on AI, agents, software, business, and consulting, with the occasional aside on games, books, films, or culture. It's tended, not published: pieces arrive early as seedlings, get argued and sourced into growing notes, and settle into evergreen ones only when I stand behind them as written.

Every piece has an English and a Chinese version — transcreations, not literal translations, so each reads like it was written in its own language. Most come out of a small weekly writing loop rather than ad-hoc posting; the point of view is the only part that stays manual.
